- Able to work a flexible schedule and provide support for each shift.
- Accurate control of all materials entering and exiting the rug department.
- Oversee team development, onboarding and training.
- Facilitate improvements to department procedures and processes
- Maintain process measurements to drive improvements.
- Ensure all safety requirements are met.
- Audit log sheets, housekeeping and daily tasks to ensure completion.
- Work in a professional manner with internal and external customers.
- Assist with trailer movement, shipping/receiving, and inventory as needed.
- Maintain timesheets, apply coaching techniques, and conduct one-to-one discussions.
- Coordinate any other applicable responsibilities as needed to support the department.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of manufacturing or logistics experience as a Supervisor or Manager
- High School Diploma/GED
