As the automotive industry shifts into high gear with smarter technology and electrified platforms, we are looking for Maintenance Technicians who don't just follow a manual, but who understand the "why" behind the "how."Shift Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00pm-6:00am

salary: $58,240 - $79,040 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions from management.
  • Able to multitask, manage time, and able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Self-Starter.
  • Request orders to be placed to replenish materials and parts when inventory grows low or is depleted
  • Study manufacturer manuals and blueprints and carefully follow directions when operating or setting up newly-acquired machinery
  • Participate and train techs in PM program
  • Follow Lockout/tagout procedures
  • strong understanding of Press operation.
  • strong understanding of how to perform Press Preventive Maintenance including clearance checks and inspections.
  • strong understanding of maintenance related work, such as but not limited to, Hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, robotics, fabrication
  • strong understanding of electrical systems, symbols, reading prints, and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of SAE and Metric measurement systems
  • Perform maintenance to Production equipment, forklift, crane, utilities.
  • Safely perform basic rigging using overhead crane
  • strong understanding of welding Mig,Tig,Stick
  • strong understanding of machining, Mill, lathe, drill press, horizontal and vertical bandsaws, shear, etc.
  • strong understanding of plant utilities
  • Proper use of measurement tools. EX. Voltmeter, Meg Ohm meter, dial indicator, calipers, etc.
