The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of improving plant performance, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Position Responsibilities Plant Operations
  • Direct and oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and delivery objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity, efficiency, and overall plant performance.
  • Monitor production schedules, equipment utilization, and workflow to maximize operational effectiveness.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop supervisors, managers, and plant personnel.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth and development.
Safety & Compliance
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
