We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team in a full-time, direct-hire, day role within a dynamic food production environment. This position is responsible for leading and optimizing daily plant operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and driving efficiency while building and developing high-performing teams. This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $135,000, depending on experience.
