Job Description

The Wealth Management Business Process Specialist is primarily responsible for assisting with analysis, in-depth testing, implementing, documentation, and deployment of software and procedures which require complex technical and systems knowledge and apply testing for complex projects.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will lead analysis of current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and operational quality.
  • You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and translate needs into clear, actionable solutions.
  • You will create detailed process models and documentation using tools such as Visio, ensuring alignment across business and technology teams.
  • You will write and manage Jira stories and requirements for development teams, including clear acceptance criteria, process flows, and expected outcomes.
  • You will collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure solutions align with business intent.
  • You will support the design and implementation of workflow solutions by defining business logic, decision points, and data requirements (leveraging tools such as workflow platforms, SQL, Excel, and JSON as needed).
  • You will facilitate regular meetings with business lines and stakeholders to review proposed enhancements, prioritize changes, and gather feedback on process performance.
  • You will monitor and triage end-user issues, helping to identify root causes and driving resolution through process or system improvements.
  • You will ensure process changes meet audit and compliance requirements, including proper documentation, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science and 2 - 5 years related experience or 5 - 7 years of work related experience, which includes business application support and project understanding.
