We are currently looking for a regional business development lead to grow revenue across their local market. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in relationship-driven selling and consultative business development. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new opportunities, meeting with decision-makers, and building long-term partnerships. 

In This Role: 

• Manage and develop a defined regional sales territory 
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and referrals 
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with business owners and key stakeholders 
• Understand client operations and recommend customized service solutions 
• Build, maintain, and forecast a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success 

We are looking for: 

• Experience in regional, territory, or outside sales roles is a plus but not required 
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills 
• Ability to manage territory planning and sales cycles independently
