Job description

Position:ย  Non-QM Loan Processing Manager
Work Model: Fully Remote
Compensation: $70,000 base salary
Bonus: Annual bonus opportunity, which may be equal to a few monthly salaries per year or structured around pipeline performance and strategic business growth
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Benefits: 2.5 weeks PTO per year, plus holidays
Overview
A growing wholesale mortgage lender is hiring a Senior Loan Processing Manager to lead and support loan processing operations across Non-QM, DSCR, Business Purpose, and Bridge Loan production. This role is ideal for someone with strong processing experience, leadership ability, and the desire to grow with a company as it expands its pipeline and operations.
The right person should be able to manage processing workflows, monitor pipeline deadlines, resolve escalated file issues, support processors, and help improve the handoff between submissions, processing, underwriting, and closing. This position has long-term growth potential into underwriting management, operations management, or broader pipeline leadership.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily loan processing operations and pipeline activity.
Monitor file deadlines and help prevent delays.
Resolve escalated processing and file-level issues.
Supervise, support, train, and mentor loan processors.
Review and process loan files from application through closing.
Ensure files are accurate and meet compliance and underwriting requirements.
Communicate with investor underwriters and third-party providers.
Support workflow between submissions, processing, underwriting, loan delivery, and post-closing.
Help improve processing procedures, team efficiency, and operational structure.
Support pipeline growth in Non-QM, DSCR, Business Purpose, Bridge, and related loan products.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of mortgage or loan processing experience.
Previous team leadership or management experience preferred.
Experience with Non-QM, DSCR, Business Purpose, Bridge, RTL, or wholesale lending strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, compliance, and lending procedures.
Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and team workflows efficiently.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Professional leadership style with the ability to train and support team members.
Experience communicating with investor underwriters and third-party service providers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe PDF.
Encompass experience preferred; experience with other lender LOS platforms may be considered.
Experience working remotely is important for remote candidates.
South Florida candidates are preferred, but not required.
Russian language ability may be considered a plus for qualified candidates, but is not required.
