Job description

CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country's largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. CTDI has over 11,000 FT US Employees in over 60 world class US Operations. CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide.
The Program Manager, AI & Business Process will partner with leadership to improve business visibility, optimize program-level financial outcomes, and develop practical tools that strengthen reporting, analysis, inventory visibility, and decision-making. This role works closely with finance, operations, commercial stakeholders, customers, technical partners, and leadership to identify opportunities for margin improvement, cost reduction, expense management, forecasting accuracy, resource allocation, operational efficiency, and inventory optimization.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial and business analysis skills, advanced Excel capability, dashboard development experience, and a continuous improvement mindset. This is not a software engineering role; it is a business process role that uses AI, automation, analytics, and agentic AI-enabled tools to turn data into insights, recommendations, and measurable business improvements.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to improve business performance, financial visibility, operational efficiency, and inventory optimization.
  • Define, build, and improve dashboards, recurring reports, ad hoc analysis, and customer-facing reporting for leadership, operations, and external business discussions.
  • Use Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and comparable BI tools to analyze performance, visualize trends, and create practical reporting solutions.
  • Develop and leverage agentic AI-enabled tools and workflows to automate reporting, accelerate analysis, and improve decision-making.
  • Lead inventory analysis and reporting, including inventory accuracy, aging inventory, utilization, replenishment, stock levels, warehouse capacity, business impact, and recommended operational actions.
  • Translate financial, operational, customer, and inventory insights into recommendations, business cases, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner across finance, operations, commercial teams, customers, technical partners, and leadership to execute business optimization opportunities.
  • Prototype and create business tools directly when appropriate, and partner with technical teams to scale more complex tools and workflows.
  • Track and communicate results, including ROI, cost savings, productivity gains, reporting efficiency, service-impacting improvements, and operational performance.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Leadership, operations teams, and customers have clearer visibility into performance through reliable reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
  • Financial outcomes improve through stronger margin visibility, cost reduction, expense discipline, forecasting accuracy, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
  • Inventory decisions improve through actionable insights on accuracy, aging inventory, utilization, replenishment, stock levels, and warehouse capacity.
  • Manual reporting and analysis are reduced through automation, dashboard development, and agentic AI-enabled tools.
  • Continuous improvement opportunities are identified, prioritized, executed, and measured.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, finance, operations, reporting, continuous improvement, or business optimization.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including margin, cost, expense, forecasting, resource allocation, and operational performance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, modeling support, and business case development.
  • Experience defining and building dashboards, reports, or business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, operations, commercial, customer-facing, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tableau development experience preferred; Power BI experience also valuable.
  • Experience with BI/dashboarding, reporting automation, analytics, or workflow improvement tools.
  • Exposure to agentic AI, AI-enabled automation, or practical AI tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Financial modeling experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with inventory analysis, operational performance reporting, quality systems, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to prototype tools independently and partner with technical teams to scale more complex solutions.
