Job description

The Analyst, Executive Compensation supports the design, analysis, and administration of executive compensation and equity programs. This role partners cross-functionally to support compensation planning processes, maintain data integrity, and develop analyses to inform leadership decision-making. The Analyst also assists in the preparation of materials for senior leadership and Compensation Committee review. Success in this role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the administration and analysis of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentive, long-term incentive, and retention award programs for senior leadership.
  • Assist in the administration of equity compensation and stock programs, including grant processing, vesting, exercises, reporting, and employee support.
  • Prepare market benchmarking, peer analyses, and compensation modeling to support executive compensation recommendations and decision-making.
  • Support the development of financial models and scenario analyses related to executive compensation outcomes, equity usage, dilution, and compensation expense.
  • Support the preparation of materials for senior leadership and Compensation Committee review, including analyses, exhibits, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain accurate executive compensation and equity data, and support audits, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure data integrity and process accuracy.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR, and external vendors to support the administration, governance, and compliance of executive compensation and equity programs.
  • Support compensation planning processes for executives, including annual review cycles, incentive payout administration, and long-term incentive grant processes.
  • Assist in documenting and maintaining executive compensation policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Identify and escalate opportunities to improve compensation and stock administration processes, reporting, and systems.
  • Monitor market trends, peer practices, and regulatory developments relevant to executive compensation and equity administration.
  • Support special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Human Resources, Finance, or related field

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
  • 1+ years of experience in compensation, analytics, finance or similar role for a large organization

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and efficiently collaborate on large multi-stage projects
  • Establishes, fosters, and maintains positive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, matrixed work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in manipulating and reporting data; ability to summarize and communicate complex information for different audiences including executives.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to executive and equity compensation preferred
