Mailroom and Document Processing Associate

The Mailroom and Document Processing Associate is a key member of Strada's Client Support Services (CSS) team. In this role, you'll support the end-to-end production workflow, ensuring client deliverables are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You'll work across inbound mail processing, high-speed printing, assembly, shipping, and inventory management. This position requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Job Description
  • Receive, sort, and prepare inbound mail by client requirements.
  • Scan and validate documents using imaging equipment.
  • Operate high-speed print devices and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers), ensuring quality output.
  • Stage materials for production, gathering and preparing all required components for final assembly.
  • Operate inserting equipment and perform manual assembly tasks including folding, collation, and insertion of personalized documents.
  • Manage postage meters and complete reconciliation activities.
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including material validation, put away, order pulling, and cycle counts.
  • Troubleshoot production equipment and perform light maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet production deadlines and adapt to changing workflow demands.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, internet applications).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, production, or warehousing.

  • Experience with production printing, automated inserting, or shipping/receiving preferred.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle fluctuating workloads.

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues quickly and clearly.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, with light overtime during peak production periods

Salary Pay Range

Minimum - Maximum:

$33,810.00 - $62,790.00
