Nature of Role

Our Warehousing Teamrequiresan Inventory and Warehouse Associate to support and handledifferent aspectsof inventory management and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have firm experience and be digitally savvy to be able to ensure the product reaches the right location, the inventory tracking system is up to date, and supporting processes areoptimizedto streamline our business.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

  • Receiving vendor product shipments and support warehouse team with distribution
  • Ensureaccurateproduct inventory through utilizing and updating inventory tracking system, business systems, technology tools, and processes
  • Liaise with other departmentsregardingstock and troubleshoot potential issues.
  • Work with inventory and warehouse team to ensure the product is distributed according to business needs, service levels, and processes
  • Offer ongoing recommendations and solutions to improve business processes.
  • Provide clear communications with relevant team members, departments, and external partners

Competencies, Technical Skills, and Knowledge:

  • 2-3 years' experience in warehouse and inventory processes from inventory control, distribution, and shipping
  • Digitally and technically savvy
  • Microsoft 365 Suite, in particular: Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Skilled in the use of workflow management tools such as Asana
  • Experienced and skilled in the use of Shopify or similar online sales platform
