Are you detail-oriented and looking for meaningful work? STAT Informatic Solutions is looking for a Document Processing Specialist Site Floater to join our team. In this role, you'll help manage and process records while providing operational support and staffing coverage across multiple client and company locations.
This is a fully onsite position that requires flexibility and a willingness to travel between assigned worksites based on business needs. Site Floaters may be asked to work at different locations with limited advance notice and must be comfortable adapting to new teams, workflows, and client environments. When not providing coverage at another location, employees will work from their regularly assigned site.
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Full time, 8:00am - 4:30pm, schedule may fluctuate when covering locations and will be determined by business needs.
What You'll Do
  • Travel to and work from various client and company locations as needed to provide staffing coverage and operational support.
  • Maintain flexibility to adjust work location, schedule, and daily responsibilities based on business demands and coverage needs.
  • Adapt quickly to new teams, workflows, and client environments while maintaining productivity and service standards.
  • Review and receive documents, as applicable.
  • Prepare documents accurately for scanning in accordance with established company and client guidelines.
  • Perform high-quality scanning of records, ensuring the document count aligns with the batch cover sheet and that image quality meets required standards.
  • Verify and index documents using company systems and software to release them into the production workflow.
  • Consistently meet daily production goals set by operations leadership.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal team members and external clients.
  • Comply with all HIPAA regulations and confidentiality policies at all times.
  • Assist in training new team members by sharing knowledge of production processes and utilizing STAT Informatic Solutions' training modules, as assigned.
  • Monitor processing queues and respond as needed to ensure workflow continuity.
  • Support quality control efforts and assist in the daily processing of reports, as directed.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate required.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of related experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and relevant software is preferred to effectively perform daily production tasks.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding information governance and medical recordkeeping requirements, when applicable.
  • Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings in accordance with client and company policies and guidelines.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned locations as required.
  • Must be able to respond to coverage assignments with limited advance notice.
  • Must be willing and able to work from multiple client and company sites based on business needs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is performed in office settings that may include hospitals, healthcare facilities, warehouses, and other client locations. Employees may be required to work from various locations to provide coverage based on staffing and operational needs. Travel between locations may occur frequently and may be required with little to no advance notice. When not providing coverage at another site, employees will work from their normally assigned location. Work schedules and reporting locations may vary based on business demands, and flexibility in adjusting work hours and locations is expected.
