Job Summary
 

This position will coordinate the financial aid application process from first contact to completed award.

Responsibilities
 
  • Perform verification on selected students' FAFSA records
  • Evaluate financial aid requests and make award adjustments and/or recalculations
  • Perform outreach to students regarding financial aid requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of all current federal and state regulations governing financial aid to ensure compliants
  • Collaborate with various campus partners/departments to provide accurate information for students
  • Represent the Financial Aid Office at University events
  • Assist with counseling students and respond to service requests (phone, emails, tickets, appointments, etc.)

  • Serve on various departmental, institutional, and/or regional committees
Required Qualifications
 

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience
Proposed Salary
 

$21.75 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
