Warehouse Pharmacy Technician

No Experience Needed - We'll Train You and Cover Your License
  1. VPI Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a reliable, motivated, and energetic individual to join our warehouse operations as a Warehouse Pharmacy Technician. In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure patients receive life-changing medications on time by sorting, labeling, packing, and shipping customized prescriptions with precision and care.
  2. No prior pharmacy experience? No problem. We provide full on-the-job training and will reimburse you for your Provisional Pharmacy Technician License, so there are no upfront certification costs.
    Already licensed? Licensed Pharmacy Technicians may qualify for higher starting pay within the range, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Medication Labeling
  • Label medications under the supervision of senior technicians to ensure accuracy.

Order Sorting & Processing
  • Assist with sorting orders and preparing them for shipping.

Packing & Shipment Preparation
  • Pack medications carefully for shipment and ensure labels are applied correctly.

Inventory Monitoring
  • Perform basic inventory checks to maintain stock levels and notify supervisors of any shortages.

Warehouse Organization
  • Keep the pharmacy warehouse area clean and organized.

General Support
  • Assist team with various tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment
  • Willingness to obtain a Provisional Pharmacy Technician License upon hire (if not already licensed)

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying up to 20 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent movement
  • Comfortable working in a Warehouse environment.
