Contract Warehouse Assistant|

Overview:
Contract opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented contract warehouse assistant to support marketing and fulfillment operations. This role focuses on assembling marketing materials, combining printed collateral, stuffing envelopes, and preparing items for shipment. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and bundle marketing materials according to project specifications
Stuff envelopes and prepare mailers for distribution
Maintain an organized workspace and follow established processes
Assist with inventory counts and supply restocking as needed
Ensure accuracy and quality across all materials handled
Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
Qualifications:
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced but supportive environment
Work Environment & Schedule:
Weekday daylight hours only; no weekend work required
Light warehouse/fulfillment tasks
Team-oriented environment with clear instructions and support
Drug Screening: The 9-panel drug screen will still be conducted. It is important to highlight that marijuana will not be included in this screen. The substances tested for will include amphetamines, cocaine, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methamphetamine, methadone, oxycodone, phencyclidine, and opiates.
Education and Employment Verification: Verification of education and prior employment history will no longer be required.
Continued Checks: Social Security verification and sanction checks with the OIG and OFAC, along with employment eligibility confirmation, will remain part of the standard process.
