Job Description

Job Role: Systems Engineer
Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Duration: 6 +Months Contract
Green Card, US Citizen, EAD GC Only!!

Qualifications

Key Accountabilities:
Contribute and develop existing and new technical documentation and processes where appropriate.
Interface directly with project management on deliverables and initiatives
Assist with domain migration, focusing on computer objects and GPO
Assist with PC migration process, creating scripts and solutions as needed
Participate and lead project work stream activities, working with internal and external cross-functional groups.
Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements.
Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items.
Diagnose and solve advanced enterprise issues with Windows 7, in the areas of installation, logon, Group Policy, Folder Redirectrion, Offline Folders, Mobility, core components and applications of the ACD (e.g. IE) and Security. Accountable for the successful design and implementation of Group Policy.
Maintain detailed records for validation and authentication of access following Aon standard controls and procedures as required by Security and Risk Management.
Ability to analyse or produce data for Aon managers, as part of IT controls, as required.
Prioritise workload and manage user/customer expectations.
Proactively participate in internal meetings.
Assist in the liaison with other business units to forecast requirements, to meet targeted deadlines.
Assist in maintaining security over Aon assets and applications.
Work with Project Managers to assist in the delivery of platform infrastructure and technologies
Establishing Domain Coexistence
Completing Domain Consolidations
Technical Governance
Maintaining architecture principles
Definition of requirements received from business areas and liaison with solution architects.
Liaison with other architecture teams within the bank.
Design Reviews
Quality Management
Defect Management
Weekly Status reporting
Education:
Educated to a high standard of general education and/or demonstrable experience working in a similar IT role following industry standard processes, management of BAU IT tasks and analysis of operational issues.
Good level of English (Spoken and written)
