What You’ll Do As a Server, you will: * Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service * Take accurate food and beverage orders * Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately * Recommend appetizers, meals, beverages, and specials * Learn our menu and confidently answer guest questions * Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, and beverages * Work closely with the kitchen, bartenders, and management * Address guest questions or concerns quickly and professionally * Help set and rearrange tables for larger parties * Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly You’re not just serving food – you’re helping create an experience that makes our guests want to come back. Qualifications * Previous experience working as a Server or Bartender in a restaurant * Smart Serve certification * Knowledge of wine and beverages * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment * Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends Why Work at Jake’s?
