In this exciting part-time role, you will execute on our St. Louis Extraordinary Hospitality to create the ultimate guest experience!

Fast forward to today, with 80 locations across the country, we’ve kept our commitment of creating a Devilishly Good atmosphere with our famous wings, ribs and Garlic Dill sauce and are on a mission to create a world where everyone is a regular!

What You’ll Do:

As a Server at St. Louis Bar & Grill, you affect our guests’ view of our restaurant and our brand every time you interact with them. In order to create regulars, consistency in quality, presentation and service is essential! It is our goal to ensure that guests receive the same high level of hospitality and satisfaction whether it is their first or fifth visit.

In this role, as a Server you will have considerable responsibility in delivering extraordinary hospitality to our guests, ensuring that you are adhering to the “smart alcohol service” policies and food safety guidelines.

What You Bring:

  • Enthusiasm.
  • A dynamic personality and positive attitude.
  • An up-to-date Smart Serve.
  • One year of experience providing exceptional hospitality.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.

In This Role You Will:

  • Always deliver more than our guest expects through extraordinary hospitality.
  • Establish a fantastic guest connection with each and every guest.
  • Correctly enter guest orders into the POS system.
  • Understand and being able to communicate all aspects of the menu.
  • Ensure the St. Louis standard operating procedures are being executed correctly.
  • Complete all duties listed on the servers cleaning checklist.
  • Work as a team member to fellow servers and other roles throughout the restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized service area at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

This part-time role pays $17.60/hr plus gratuities.
