Job Description Family Law Clerk Downtown Toronto Hybrid Work Offered!!. Flexible Start Times. Our client, a Family Law firm, conveniently located in the core of downtown Toronto is growing.

They are in need of a Law Clerk to join its team. In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to work alongside dynamic practitioners in Family Law. Primary Duties Drafting legal documents Drafting correspondence Liaise with process server to serve and file court documents Schedule appointments and maintains appointment calendar Coordinate arrangements for meetings/conferences and Court appearances Maintain files/records with a high level of organization and skill PCLaw accounting Other duties as required Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications Completion of a Law Clerk Program with a recognized institution Knowledge of the Family Law Rules and Family Court process and procedure including timelines for service and confirmations of court documents.

Ability to draft Financial Statements and Net Family Property Statements. Must thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively while paying attention to detail. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting.
