Job description

We are seeking to add a Process Serving Company Data Entry to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

  • Accurately enter new service requests into the company's case management software.
  • Review legal documents for completeness and identify missing or inconsistent information.
  • Verify names, addresses, court information, deadlines, and client instructions before processing.
  • Assign jobs to the appropriate process servers based on location, urgency, and client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information or clarify instructions when needed.
  • Monitor incoming email requests and upload supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all jobs are entered according to company procedures and client-specific requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all legal documents and client information.
  • Assist with quality control by reviewing entered data for accuracy before release.
  • Drop off affirmations/invoices daily to downtown clients, serve municipalities, and file paperwork within walking distance.
