Server Responsibilities:
  • Take guest orders
  • Fulfill guest requests
  • Carry hot and cold plates to guests
  • Lift and carry trays with drinks
  • Pre-bus tables - remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables
  • Process payments
