About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Server to join the Tailwind team! Be a part of the Tailwind experience by providing an amazing guest experience and bring a fun, inviting atmosphere to all travelers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing attentive service throughout their dining experience
  • Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the restaurant’s POS system
  • Keep tables, utensils, and the dining area clean and organized
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Explain the menu and make recommendations based on the guest preferences

Qualifications and skills:
