Compensation: Base wage of $9.00/hour plus tips. Team members are guaranteed to earn at least $15.00/hour in accordance with applicable wage laws, with the opportunity to earn more based on gratuities.

Duties:

  • Customer Service:
    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Provide detailed information about the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
    • Assist guests in making informed decisions based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Order Taking and Processing:
    • Take accurate and complete orders from guests, ensuring special requests are noted.
      • Input orders into the POS system promptly and accurately.
      • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
    • Food and Beverage Delivery:
      • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and organized manner.
      • Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction with their meals.
      • Address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
    • Upselling and Recommending:
      • Promote additional menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
      • Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and the restaurant's signature dishes.
    • Table Maintenance:
      • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned tables and dining areas.
      • Set up tables with appropriate utensils, condiments, and dcor.
      • Ensure a welcoming and tidy dining environment throughout service.
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
      • Work as a team to provide exceptional service and address any challenges.
    • Handling Payments:
      • Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and electronic transactions.
      • Provide guests with receipts and thank them for their patronage.
    • Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

      • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

    Qualifications:
