As a Zuma Food Runner/Server Support, you are responsible for delivering smooth and efficient operation of our dining experience by providing essential assistance to our servers. Your primary responsibility will be to support the server team in delivering exceptional service to our guests, helping to create memorable dining experiences that uphold Zuma's reputation for excellence.

Thecompensation is$6.75 per hour plus tips.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging table settings, refilling water glasses, and removing used dishes and utensils
  • Provide timely and attentive support to servers during service periods, including delivering food and beverage orders to tables, checking on guest satisfaction, and addressing any guest requests or concerns
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate the timing of food and beverage service, ensuring that orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors
  • Monitor and replenish supplies, such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and beverages, to ensure that servers have everything they need to provide excellent service to guests
  • Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to relay guest feedback, special requests, and other relevant information, contributing to the overall success of the service team
