The Fleet Assoc Leader oversee the fleet operations of three Chicagoland Market Locations for Pepsi Beverages North America.  The role will require a balance between managing day to day frontlinetechnicians as well as balancing analytical strategy surrounding productivity, asset optimization, and assetutilization. This role will have extensive cross functional responsibility, the ability to effectivelycommunicate and influence others indirectly is critical.

The role must be able to effectively engage fleet and sales market managers in Chicagoland Marketto drive tangible productivity results. The role will require travel 30% of the time and will demand the abilityto adapt to multiple labor and managerial profiles on a location-by-location basis.

Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of the PBNA DSD supply chain network and influence on current strategies affecting fleet and Sales
  • Delivery of unparalleled service to our Sales teams in the field achieving superior service perception
  • Ability and willingness to support all business-critical activities for PBNA
  • Participate in the development of new productivity strategies
  • Execute plans to deliver the cost, quality, service, and reliability results
  • Drive Fuel Usage improvement programs globally
  • Execute annual fleet financial productivity tactics and Budget Building for Shops
  • Develop new and impactful Fleet related productivity initiatives
  • Partner with Field leadership to develop site specific fleet operating plans to deliver results
  • Direct workflow and Productivity of Front Line Technicians

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Diesel Experience strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years of previous fleet related supply chain function experience
  • Ability to create, implement, lead, and execute local market strategies
  • Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with all business partners to drive tangible results
  • Ability to analyze and simplify data to communicate effectively and utilize it to influence others indirectly
  • Willingness to approach an issue with realistic solutions and execute a game plan that gets tangible results
  • Experience working in Microsoft Excel developing reporting. (Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams preferred)
  • SAP preferred
  • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
  • Ability to operate and flourish in a fast-paced business
