THE WORK:
Support delivery ofIndustrial and Automotivereinvention, with a focus onrealizing complex large scale manufacturing engineering initiatives.This includes transformation of large brownfieldplants, design of greenfieldplantsandpreparing fornew product launches.

Build and applyindustry, functional, and technical knowledgeto support client conversations, solution development, and delivery of innovativemanufacturingledways of working.
Lead and coordinatediverse, global Accenture teams, providingdaytodaydirection, coaching, and quality oversight, whileleveragingAI and digital tools to improve delivery effectiveness.
Establish andmaintainstrong client relationshipsat the manager, director, and senior director levels through clear communication, structured problem solving, and delivery credibility.

Minimum of3years experienceas part of a team focused onmanufacturing engineeringandmaterial flowinautomotive and industrialmanufacturing
Demonstrated exposure to material flow and manufacturing engineering in automotive/industrial manufacturing plants. Experience with some of the workstreamsinvolvedfor example: designingmaterial deliveryroutes,performing2D/3Dsimulations, IT/OT integration considerations, PFEP, business case considerations when deploying automated mobile robots (AMRs).Understanding ofkeyvendors, risks,technologiesin this space is of critical importance.
