Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $22.00-$30.00 per hour. Compensation is based on your unique qualifications and experience.

Job Summary

Supports the FS: Operations Team throughout the entire life cycle of the water treatment facility’s operations, ensuring smooth function for the facility’s owner. Responsible for process equipment operation and preventative maintenance procedures, including comprehending the operation and maintenance (O amp;M) manuals, process equipment requirements, and diligent logging of equipment performance and maintenance. The FS: Operator must perform all essential duties satisfactorily and promptly.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Receive and process materials.
  • Maintain materials processing logs for all processing activities during work hours based on contractual requirements.
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities according to operations manuals and standard maintenance procedures.
  • Participates in preventative maintenance activities as directed.
  • Diagnose problems with process equipment.
  • Diagnose and alter the biologics of the process.
  • Prioritize and organize work schedules to meet supervisor's expectations.
  • Attend and participate in the facility’s Operations meetings, if required.
  • Strive to meet and exceed facility expectations of downtime during plant operations.
  • Act as a steward of Bearing culture and behave in a manner that sets a positive example for others to follow.
  • Participates in job site safety activities, such as safety meetings and safety walks. Uphold and communicate Bearing Construction’s safety standards.
  • Be proactive in your duties, self-starting and able to manage yourself, and take ownership of tasks from start to completion.
  • Grow and mentor fellow team members.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of process intent, O amp;M manuals, equipment requirements.
  • Participates and maintains effective lines of communication with project stakeholders

  • Must be able to wear the required personal protective equipment while at work.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs regularly and 50lbs occasionally.
  • Must be able to work for long periods of time while standing.
