Join a team that designs and builds custom lifting solutions for customers across North America.

LPI Lift Systems is a leading manufacturer of custom Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs), industrial lift systems, and specialty engineered equipment. Our solutions help customers safely access challenging work environments, and every project is uniquely designed to meet specific customer requirements.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects from order handoff through design, manufacturing, testing, delivery, and customer acceptance. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating efforts across Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Field Service to ensure successful project execution.

What You'll Do

Manage multiple custom equipment projects from start to finish.

Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout project execution.

Coordinate efforts between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Field Service.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones.

Monitor project progress and resolve issues impacting cost, quality, or delivery.

Manage project scope changes and customer requirements.

Support testing, inspections, and customer acceptance activities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of project management or manufacturing experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with custom equipment, industrial machinery, or manufacturing projects.

PMP certification or formal project management training.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and customer-facing project work.
