Salary: $52,000 + Growth and bonus opportunities

Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage the installation process for the company's daily projects (8-10 jobs), while adding value through door-to-door canvassing efforts in areas surrounding ongoing jobs. The Project Manager (PM) will facilitate sub-contractor management during installations by coordinating product load-out and ensuring timely project completion. PMs will also engage with homeowners to ensure a smooth installation process and prioritize new client acquisitionby promoting company services in nearby neighborhoods.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage sub-contractors to ensure proper installation of company products.
  • Oversee daily product load-out and verify job site readiness.
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners to provide updates, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the installation process.
  • Conduct door-to-door inspections in neighborhoods around current jobs to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards at all times.
  • Spend time in the field monitoring project progress, addressing issues, and ensuring successful completion.
  • Upholding company reputation through an online presence as well as in person.
  • Must be knowledgeable or willing to learn, and be able to communicate with homeowners about all Window World Product.
  • Must be able to learn and properly perform a sales demonstration on set products.
