What is a process owner?

Process Owners are individuals within an organization responsible for overseeing, managing, and improving specific business processes. They ensure that the process operates efficiently, meets organizational goals, and complies with relevant standards or regulations. Process Owners coordinate with various stakeholders, monitor process performance, and implement improvements as needed. Their role is crucial for maintaining quality, consistency, and continuous improvement within the company's operations.
