Role Overview

Entegra is hiring a Director of Process Optimization to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and the overall client experience. This strategic leadership role partners with cross-functional teams to redesign and optimize end-to-end business processes, drive automation, and implement technology-enabled solutions that support business growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive operational transformation roadmap, standardize workflows, and build scalable, repeatable processes that position the organization for long-term success while maintaining a strong client-centric focus.

Key Focus Areas:

Lead enterprise-wide process optimization and transformation initiatives.

Design and implement scalable, technology-enabled operating models.

Map, re-engineer, and standardize end-to-end business processes.

Drive automation and continuous improvement efforts.

Partner with functional leaders to improve operational efficiency and client experience.

Build a sustainable transformation roadmap aligned with business growth and strategic priorities.

Establish metrics, governance, and best practices to support ongoing operational excellence.

This is a remote opportunity with candidate residing in one of the following locations,

What You'll Do
  • Map, re-engineer and systematize critical client lifecycle business processes 40%
  • Build, own and drive the operational/process transformation roadmap 25%
  • Cross-functional partnership (e.g. IT) and stakeholder enablement 20%
  • Performance measurement and continuous improvement (define and track KPIs) 15%
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience leading operational transformation, process optimization, business process management, or related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success driving large-scale transformation programs that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
  • Strong understanding of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) business models, value drivers, and market dynamics.
  • Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), or similar process improvement certification preferred.
  • PMP or comparable project management certification preferred.
  • Experience leveraging CRM platforms and technology solutions to streamline processes and support business growth.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while successfully managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
