Job description

Role Summary

Conducts standard diagnosis and analysis and helps identify improvement opportunities in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives, and/or operational planning activities. Assists with formulating and defining process scope and objectives based on both customer needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational, and/or industry requirements. Implements process improvements in support of small or low-complexity projects.

Responsibilities

  • Applies established processes to gather, organize, and review operational data/metrics under the supervision of more experienced professionals; assists with analyzing and synthesizing the data and compiling it into reports or presentations.
  • Communicates primarily with internal team stakeholders. Gathers and complies data for analyses and/or presentations.
  • Conducts a variety of analytics to support project objectives.
  • Gathers and analyzes information to support project team activities. Understands data and identifies trends.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 0+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • Internship experience in sales analytics, business management, or related function

Work Flexibility
