Weโ€™re looking for a Manager, Project Coordinators, Professional Services to join Procoreโ€™s Professional Services team. In this role, youโ€™ll lead and mentor a team of Project Coordinators who support packaged services engagements across our ecosystem. The primary goal of this role is to drive operational excellence, elevate team performance, and ensure our professional services delivery scales efficiently while maintaining high client satisfaction.

As a Manager, Project Coordinators, youโ€™ll partner with Professional Services Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to optimize resource allocation, refine workflows, and clear roadblocks for your team. Use your people leadership, project management expertise, and process optimization skills to build a high-performing team and foster an environment of continuous improvement. This position reports into the Senior Manager, Project Management and can be based remotely within the US. Weโ€™re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Coordinators to ensure high engagement, professional growth, and successful delivery of client engagement projects.

  • Manage resource allocation and workload balancing across the coordination team to optimize capacity and prevent delivery bottlenecks.

  • Evaluate and refine project coordination workflows, templates, and tools to drive operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Partner with cross-functional leadership in Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery to align coordination efforts with broader company goals.

  • Monitor team performance metrics, project backlogs, and key deliverables to proactively identify risks and ensure timely project closure.

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client service issues, guiding team members toward collaborative and effective problem resolution.

  • Cultivate a transparent, open, and collaborative team culture centered around Procore\'s values of openness, ownership, and optimism.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, combined with 2+ years of direct people management experience and 3+ years in a project manager or professional services role.

  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing talent in a remote or hybrid environment.

  • Deep understanding of professional services delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and resource management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to optimizing operational processes.

  • Highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment and easily adapts to changing priorities.

  • Experience in the construction industry or working with construction technology SaaS platforms is highly preferred.

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

114,400.00 - 157,300.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidateโ€™s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
