Job description

Role Overview

Sodexo has an opening for a Senior Manager, Process Innovation & Optimization to join our team. The successful candidate will execute and support Sodexo's master data transformation-with primary focus on the ERP (SAP S/4HANA) implementation program.

This position ensures daytoday execution of master data processes, alignment of MDM requirements across workstreams, and readiness of master data for deployment.  Coordinates crossfunctional activities, and ensures that master data dependencies, quality, and governance are consistently addressed throughout the ERP program and broader transformation initiatives.

This is a remote position. Candidates may reside anywhere within the U.S.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead detailed analysis of existing MDM processes (supplier, product, unit/site, catalog, lifecycle, quality management, onboarding, enrichment, etc.) to identify gaps, efficiency opportunities, and systemic issues.
  • Facilitate rootcause analysis workshops, design sprints, and cross-functional working sessions to redesign futurestate processes.
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager MDM ERP to align business process design with ERP, PIM/MDM, and P2P/SourcetoPay workflows.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA, AI/LLM-based data validation, classification engines, enrichment tools, and workflow orchestration technologies.
  • Build data-driven insights using advanced analytics to improve accuracy, reduce cycle time, and optimize performance of master data processes.
  • Work collaboratively with Supply Management, IS&T, Entegra, FM, Data Governance, Finance/AP, Segments, and Global Process Owners to align on process changes and global standards.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and transformation progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders

  • Experience in building, evaluating, or deploying automation technologies (AI/LLM, RPA, workflow automation, machine learning, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of ERP and MDM platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, MDM systems, data hubs, governance tools).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex processes, recommend improvements, and lead cross-functional transformation
