About the Role 
  
NinjaOne’s partner ecosystem is one of the strongest drivers of our global growth, especially across our MSP, SMB, Mid-Market, and emerging Enterprise motions. As we scale, we need a Channel Operations Manager who can bring structure, speed, and scalability to every operational layer that supports our partner ecosystem. 
In this role, you will own the operational infrastructure for all partner motions, focusing on end-to-end operational systems that surround the quote-to-cash motion, including  partner data governance, routing, attribution, program workflows, enterprise-channel readiness, RFP coordination, partner onboarding, and process optimization across regions and segments. You’ll work closely with Channel Sales Leadership, Deal Desk, Billing, Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, and Sales Systems to keep our partner motion running smoothly and consistently. 
This is a critical builder role at the heart of how our channel accelerates revenue. 
 
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL (In the office 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) 
  
What You’ll be Doing 
Process Optimization & Scale 
  • Standardize partner workflows globally (Americas, EMEA, APAC) 
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements 
  • Partner with Sales Systems to automate quoting, approvals, routing, and partner tagging in Salesforce 
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements 
Partner Data & Reporting 
  • Support maintenance of clean partner data, account hierarchies, and opportunity attribution in Salesforce 
  • Support dashboards and reporting for partner pipeline, bookings, and performance 
  • Partner with Sales Systems to automate partner workflows (routing, onboarding, attribution rules) 
Cross-functional Workstreams 
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales Leadership on operational readiness for MSP + Enterprise partner motions 
  • Manage RFP responses (including templates), questionnaires, and compliance documentation while building repeatable partner proposal workflows 
  • Reviewing and processing incoming channel purchase orders, ensuring data alignment and accuracy across CRM, quotes, and POs, ensuring timely closure of channel deals and escalating any issues before second-line billing review 
  • Partner with Billing/Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, and Sales Systems to ensure smooth execution across the quote-to-cash lifecycle 
  • Other duties as needed 
  
About You 
  • 2–3+ years in Channel Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Partner Ops, or similar GTM Ops roles in B2B SaaS  
  • Experience supporting MSP, reseller, VAR, distributor, or channel-driven SaaS motions. 
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency (opportunity structure, quoting, partner tagging, custom workflows) 
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional communication skills (Sales, Channel, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Systems) 
  • Problem-solver mindset and drive for operational excellence: you anticipate what’s broken before it breaks and put preventive systems in place 
  • Bonus: Experience with DealHub CPQ, RFP management, partner portals, understanding of global channel compliance as well as discounting rules and margin optimization
