Purely Driven.Position SummarySince 1997, our factory has been a leading producer of the nation's cat litter supply. Located on Tidy Cat Road, our 40-acre plant site is seamlessly connected to a clay mine, enabling efficient mining, processing, packaging, and shipping. Operating around the clock, we mass produce conventional and clumping cat litter, supplying the mid-Atlantic region with nearly a third of a million tons annually.

Our culture of continuous improvement drives Tidy Cats product innovations, revolutionizing the cat litter category with LightWeight litter, combining strength with half the weight. We?re also doing our part to care for the environment we share, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. Bring your talents to our King William plant where we collaborate to meet every challenge successfully and collectively.As a Processing Trainee, you will be responsible for conducting safe and efficient Processing operations.

You will perform quality checks and troubleshoot equipment issues. You will be responsible for operating all equipment in assigned Processing areas. You will also monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments during operations.This position will work night shift (7pm-7am) on a rotating weekly schedule with every other weekend off.Operate all equipment within assigned area of Processing department while adhering to safety, quality, and production standardsMeet production targets as requiredMaintain sanitation standards to limit equipment breakdownsPerform all quality checks as neededPerform preventative maintenance on processing equipmentOperate mobile equipment necessary for processing operationsRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent6+ months of experience in a fast-paced and performance measured environmentThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $28.95.
