Job description

What You'll Do:
Intake:
  • Receive, enter, and process prescriptions as per Blink protocols
  • Initiate requests to prescribers for refills
  • Place outbound phone calls and receive inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, insurers and external transfers
  • Document all call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
Dispensing/ Fulfillment:
  • Complete order fulfillment on prescription orders, including filling and shipping
  • Obtain a fundamental understanding of the Blink Health product for quick pharmacy assistance
  • Resolve open orders through communication with pharmacists and the Blink Health Customer Experience team
  • Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists
What You'll Need:
  • Active Intern Pharmacist license or Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted)
  • Registered in and attending an ACPE-Accredited College or School of Pharmacy
  • Must be in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th professional year of pharmacy school
  • Strong command of the English language

  • Every Saturday 8am-4pm CT with flexible weekday shifts available (7am-7pm)
