Job Description

The Process Intelligence Consultant role is within the Customer Experience Transformation Team and is responsible for developing and managing business relationships and acts as a project lead to complete analytical projects with minimal oversight by conducting analyses and developing data-driven process insights and actions. This position is responsible for aiding in the development, execution and leadership of projects across various business areas specifically within process/task mining and mapping. The goal of this team will be to ensure the optimal solution tackles the AOR’s (Area of Responsibility) pain points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and manages enterprise-wide product and process improvement opportunities that improve the customer experience, reduce expenses, and ultimately help to ensure the achievement of long-term profitable growth
  • Develops and delivers operational dashboards and/or analyses in Celonis or other process intelligence tools
  • Incorporates Industrial Engineering practices and ideologies to facilitate process efficiency and optimization
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes – always in close collaboration with the customer/AOR and with focus on improving overall customer experience
  • Participates in the design of leading-edge approaches and solutions utilizing broad knowledge, best practices and benchmarking.  Develops strategic decisions.
  • Integrates external research, subject matter knowledge, and best practices with industry experience, relevant related disciplines, program/process design principles, and business goals and strategy
  • Analyzes ambiguous problems.  Breaks down complex information in a systematic and communicable manner
  • Develops in-depth ideas and materials, insures understanding of technical matters by non-technical, executive decision makers
  • Drives analysis and direction of process improvement engagements
  • Improves department outcomes through innovation and expert guidance
  • Manages relationships with internal data partners with focus on maintaining data integrity
  • Gathers functional AOR requirements and translates them to technical requirements, depending on the solution


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3 or more years of related experience
  • Experience with process mining tools like Celonis, Minit, UiPath, Software AG, or similar tools preferred
  • Basic knowledge of SQL 
  • Experience delivering operational dashboards and/or analyses using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar
  • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Blue Works Live, or similar
  • Experience conducting a business process improvement engagement


Functional Skills

  • Professional with strong organization, communication, and administrative skills
  • Ability to think conceptually, analytically, and creatively
  • Advanced time management skills including ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and organize
  • Strong oral and business writing skills
  • Ability to lead, direct, and utilize project teams effectively
  • Ability to establish, manage, and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to analyze data and apply it to problem resolution or process improvement
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Strong interest and/or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
  • Understanding of complex data model structures and integration

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 75,100.00 - 126,325.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
