Methods Process Analyst

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking a Methods Process Analyst (Level 4 or 5) to support the Electrical Mechanical Integration Center (EMIC) in Tukwila, Washington.
EMIC is a dynamic environment that supports multiple programs across all BDS (P-8 Cabinets, Wing Pylon Fairing, P-8 Sub-Assemblies, P-8 E-Racks, E-7 Cabinets, VC-25B Cabinets, B1B, E-7 Labs, Kent Labs, BDS MOD programs, potential future SOWs)
This position will require someone that thrives in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will fulfill a dynamic range of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment is paramount to being a successful Methods Process Analyst with The Boeing Company.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Operations and functional support teams to develop, modify, test, and deliver the EMIC.
  • Execute the committed statement of work while optimizing the production system.
  • Conduct strategic studies, including capability and capacity planning.
  • Perform budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Manage capital assets effectively.
  • Evaluate and support new business proposals.
  • Coordinate work transfer activities across teams.
  • Liaise with internal customers and program management to ensure alignment.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Level 4: 10 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, or Data Analytics or similar

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Level 5: 15 years of related work experience.
  • An ABET accredited bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain management/Logistics, Operations Management, or Data Analytics
  • 12+ years of experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment
  • 12+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
  • 12+ years of experience working in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams
  • Strong communication skills
