Summary

Be part of a dynamic operation that transforms raw commodities into high quality products that power our business. As an Oilseed Process Operator, you will operate grain handling and oilseed crush equipment to ensure consistent product quality, efficient production flow, and on time delivery to our customers. You will monitor processes, maintain equipment performance, and support a safe, well-run facility while working alongside a dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in precision and reliability, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: This will be a 12-hour rotating shift.

This position has a base rate of $32.15 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Start up, operate, and shut down oilseed processing equipment.
  • Conduct quality checks.
  • Maintain daily records and logs assigned by management.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on operating equipment.
  • Perform general labor, housekeeping, and sanitation responsibilities as required.
  • Perform all work within safety and environmental guidelines established by local, state, and federal agencies as well as company policies.
  • Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Strong reading, writing, math and analytical skills.
  • Lift Truck License.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Able to move freely throughout the AgriBusiness facilities to include climbing vertical heights (0 - 150'), carrying tools and equipment (0-50 pounds), exposure to extreme temperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).
  • Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus.
  • Required to travel to remote AgriBusiness facilities.
