  • Location: Hybrid Onsite, Manhattan, New York, (2 days per week onsite, Tuesdays & Thursdays onsite)

  • MUST HAVE: 6+ years experience as a "Business Process Analyst" or "Enterprise Architecture Analyst" working on business process analysis, and process documentation (this is NOT a Business Analyst role) (Business Process Analysts are different with BPMN specific technologies)
  • (Current experience) 6 + years experience with BPMN 2.0 process modeling
  • 6+ years experience working with MS Visio, or Lucid Charts, or Orbus Infinity for specific process modeling and diagrams
  • Must have SharePoint, and Power BI for creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and Power BI dashboards
  • Current and 6+ years experience using BPMN 2.0 to draw level 1 through level 3 business processes, updating and managing SharePoint sites, Power BI reports, and have a firm understanding of Orbus Infinity for Enterprise Architecture related documentation

  • Create and maintain SharePoint pages and lists
  • Build and update Power BI reports
  • Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with business owners to ensure up to date information on business processes, applications, data, and roles.
  • Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non technical audiences
  • Ensure consistency in documentation and reporting standards across all tools and platforms
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
Experience:
  • 6+ years experience in business process analysis, process documentation
  • Experience with BPMN 2.0 process modeling
  • Experience working with Orbus Infinity, SharePoint, and Power BI or similar tools
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong understanding of business processes, applications, data interactions, and integrations
