This is an opportunity to combine analytical thinking with project delivery, partnering across the organisation to embed a culture of continuous improvement and deliver lasting business value. The role offers a strong balance of hands-on business analysis, process improvement and project management, with a particular emphasis on understanding problems at their root before designing effective solutions.
What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end business process improvement projects across enterprise functions using Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
  • Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and current-state versus future-state assessments to identify underlying business issues.
  • Gather, interpret and analyse process data to support decision making and validate improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with operational and functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements and encourage continuous improvement practices.
  • Manage improvement initiatives using structured project management disciplines, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and milestones.
  • Produce process documentation, process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate progress and business impact.
  • Support the development and delivery of process improvement training and capability building across the organisation.
  • Contribute to larger enterprise transformation initiatives while independently managing smaller process improvement projects.

What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrable experience delivering business process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC or comparable methodologies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferable
  • Strong experience conducting root cause analysis, process mapping and current-state/future-state analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience collecting, interpreting and using data to drive improvement decisions.
  • Experience working in a business analyst or process improvement capacity, with the confidence to question existing ways of working and challenge constructively.
  • Proven ability to manage improvement work using structured project management disciplines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
  • Experience using process mapping and project management tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA or Microsoft Project.

Why Join Us
  • Play a key role in improving enterprise-wide processes that have visible organisational impact.
  • Work across a broad range of business functions, gaining exposure to diverse operational challenges.
  • Join a team focused on embedding continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation.
