Your Role in Synergy's SuccessWe are looking for someone to sit between our Commercial and R&D teams and the IT function - acting as the primary point of contact for both when it comes to technology. The focus is on getting more value out of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and our PLM platform, while helping to improve the processes around them. Reporting to the VP of IT - Americas, you will split your time between business analysis, project delivery, and hands-on system support.How You Will Contribute
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and R&D teams to understand their needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.

  • Serve as the internal expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM - configuration, best practices, and improving how we use it day to day.

  • Gather and document requirements for CRM and PLM initiatives, working with IT and vendors to design and deliver solutions.

  • Contribute to or lead small to medium-sized technology projects, including planning, testing, and stakeholder communication.

  • Identify process improvements in commercial operations and product development where technology can help.

  • Support end users through training, go-live, and beyond.

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or a comparable platform

  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst

  • Strong working knowledge of Dynamics CRM - configuration, customization, and core modules

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Food Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with PLM systems in food or ingredient manufacturing

  • Background supporting Sales or R&D teams in the food industry

  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Work Environment & Travel

Hybrid role. Location and travel requirements to be confirmed.

Salary Range : $107,437 - 161,156

The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
