Overview

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is transforming its digital landscape, building new digital foundations to enable modernized and mature digital capabilities at scale. As a strategic pillar of our journey, we are bringing together multiple historic website and app CMS’s into one single CMS using Adobe AEM across the enterprise. This includes all of our websites across casinos, hotels, cafes, retail, Unity by Hard Rock, and more. Implementation is currently underway, on a path for target to launch in early 2025 go live as the foundation for omnichannel initiatives, content parity, orchestration and personalization via ML modeling, AI recommendations. With this exciting new milestone in digital maturity for the org, we are seeking to build a team of highly experienced, top-notch experts to own, administer, activate and optimize using their polished and modern Adobe AEM/DAM during this pivotal period to continue to build and mature at scale. 

We are seeking a best-in-class, talented and experienced Digital & Omnichannel Content Integration Manager to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating content across diverse digital channels, ensuring a cohesive brand presence, manage production and merchandising/offer calendars, and enhance customer engagement with trackable/measurable success. This is a shared service role supporting Seminole Gaming as well as all Hard Rock lines of business, such as Hard Rock Cafes, Hotels, Casinos and Entertainment, and the new Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program. Our digital ecosystem consists of multiple websites, a mobile app, and digital marketing channels that include SEO/SEM, paid meta, paid media, display, CRM, and social.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all digital and omnichannel platforms.

  • Oversee the integration of content across various digital channels, including websites, email campaigns, mobile app, and other digital touchpoints to ensure a unified brand experience.

  • Shape the strategic and execution vision for multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging both online and offline channels to align with overall business outcomes.

  • Manage and communicate timelines for campaign delivery across all channels, both digital and traditional. Ensure all projects are planned, scheduled, and executed effectively while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

  • Utilize data and analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Lead post-campaign recaps, adjust strategies based on performance metrics, and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate consistency in messaging and branding across all channels to maintain a unified brand experience. Ensure campaign delivery is consistent with the marketing plan and progresses appropriately.

  • Build systems and processes to improve visibility into deliverables, timelines, key performance metrics, and optimizations. Promote the adoption of these processes across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with overall business outcomes. Work closely with marketing, design, development, and other departments to align content strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital content management, content strategy, or related roles, with a track record of successful content integration across multiple channels.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

  • Experience working with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager), DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager Assets), and other relevant digital tools and technologies.

  • Strong background in analyzing content performance data and using insights to drive content improvements and strategy adjustments.

  • Previous experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with stakeholders.

  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and omnichannel marketing principles.

  • Familiarity with current digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
