Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect in API design & management, event‑driven architecture, BFF patterns, microservices, system orchestration, cloud integration (Azure/AWS), core banking interfaces, security & resiliency best practices, scalability planning, NFR definition, dependency & risk assessment, integration governance, architecture documentation, and cross‑team collaboration.
 
• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, modular, and high performance applications.
• Collaborate with product owners,UX designers, and backend teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define and enforce UI coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization guidelines.
• Conduct regular code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and guide engineering teams on architectural direction.
• Drive performance improvements using techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and change detection tuning.
• Evaluate new frameworks, libraries, and tools; build POCs to support architectural decisions.
• Partner with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment strategies for front end apps
 
Required Skills and Experience:
1. 10+ years of development experience with expert level proficiency in API design & management, event‑driven architecture, BFF patterns, microservices, system orchestration, cloud integration (Azure/AWS).
2. Strong experience designing scalable architectures, micro frontends, and enterprise front-end ecosystems.
3. Solid understanding of REST APIs, API contract design, and integration best practices.
4. Proven ability to optimize web performance, including bundle optimization, caching, and change detection strategy.
