SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Manager in Silicon Process Integration to lead the development, enablement, qualification, and transfer of advanced silicon technologies. This role is central to driving process integration excellence and ensuring robust technologies that support Qorvo's product development and manufacturing roadmap. The ideal candidate is a strong silicon technologist with deep expertise in process integration, capable of leading complex technical initiatives and managing critical engineering issues from concept through high-volume manufacturing. This individual will work closely with foundry partners and internal cross-functional teams to resolve integration challenges, support product execution, and ensure successful technology deployment throughout the full lifecycle. This position requires a balance of hands-on technical depth, structured problem-solving, and leadership to guide teams through development, qualification, production ramp, and sustaining phases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop an international team of engineers focused on silicon process integration and technology development.
  • Drive process integration to meet performance, yield, and reliability targets.
  • Drive resolution of complex process integration and yield issues using data-driven methods.
  • Partner with external foundries to develop, qualify, transfer, and sustain silicon processes.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across design, product engineering, quality, and reliability teams.
  • Develop and execute technology plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide technology support to product teams during development and production.
  • Communicate technical status, risks, and key issues to management and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS in Engineering required; MS or PhD preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor technology or process integration, including leadership experience.
  • Strong background in silicon CMOS device process integration and semiconductor technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and resolve complex integration, yield, and reliability challenges.
  • Experience supporting technologies across the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with external foundries preferred.
