  • Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, manual touchpoints, and automation opportunities.
  • Translate process insights into product requirements, features, backlogs, and target-state process designs.
  • Identify dependencies across CLM domains and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive client journeys.

  • Manage risks, escalate issues, support decisions, and lead governance routines and stakeholder forums.
  • Contribute to the establishment of repeatable processes to support parallel discovery and design initiatives.
  • Define, track, and report performance metrics, workstream health, delivery progress, and value realization.
  • Measure improvements in cycle time, automation, quality, and error reduction.
  • Contribute to strengthening ways of working across design, product, engineering, operations, and partner teams.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise tools for design, research, process mapping, delivery, and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure discovery and process insights inform long-term platform strategy and transformation priorities.

Experience:

  • Experience in business architecture, process mapping, process design, and operating model development.
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional business, product, technology, and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy and process insights into actionable delivery outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex workstreams in matrixed organizations.
