Job description

Join our manufacturing team as a Process Engineer, where you'll play a key role in improving safety, quality, reliability, and production performance. Working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Engineering, and R&D, you'll lead process improvement initiatives, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and support projects that drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and production data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, and reliability.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and operational excellence activities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including OEE, and develop solutions to eliminate process bottlenecks.
  • Investigate process deviations, quality issues, and equipment performance concerns using structured problem-solving methods.
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement sustainable process improvements.
  • Support process safety initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance with manufacturing standards and procedures.
  • Manage and document process changes, ensuring successful implementation and long-term standardization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flow diagrams, and process reports.
  • Participate in capital and operational projects from design through commissioning and startup.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize manufacturing and process data to drive decision making.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.

Preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of OEE, SPC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with PFDs, P&IDs, SOPs, and process documentation.
