Job description


The Continuous Improvement Manager evaluates business processes in order to identify opportunities for process re-engineering and automation. They also translate process objectives to an implementable process model and communicate process performance.
Responsibilities
  • Translate process objectives to an implementable process model
  • Work collaboratively with various business units to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process automation
  • Provide evaluation of current process state and existing business documentation
  • Coordinate and facilitate process governance and aid in education and training on process standards
  • Conduct workflow analysis to support process re-engineering and automation
  • Plan, monitor, and communicate process performance and adherence with process owner and key stakeholders
  • Identify and collect data to derive process measures aligned to business strategic intent
  • Interpret process improvement opportunities and requirements of regulatory changes and business objectives

Qualifications
Experience:
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (14) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (8) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree. OR (5) years of experience may be considered w/ a PhD.
