Do you have a keen eye for detail? We are looking for you! As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives. You will diagram and evaluate existing processes, lead cross-functional project teams, develop metrics for process measurement, and identify future improvement opportunities. You will also mitigate risks, improve compliance and efficiencies, and address gaps in current business processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and diagram existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams to implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure process performance and identify areas for future improvements.
  • Identify potential risks within business processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure business processes comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Assess the efficiencies of operations and internal controls, identifying weaknesses and areas for improvement.
  • Actively seek and leverage continuous improvement opportunities to enhance overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, improvements, and metrics.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of experience in business process analysis or in a related field.
  • Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required.
  • Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification.

Essential Functions:
  • Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
  • Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
