About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Process Improvement Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will propose and implement improvements to production equipment and processes, design custom solutions to enhance productivity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong analytical skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Propose and implement process and equipment improvements to optimize production efficiency

- Design and develop custom units and solutions to enhance manufacturing productivity

- Conduct data analysis and calculations to develop effective improvement strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to successfully execute improvement projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing technology

- Experience with CAD and simulation tools (AutoDesk or similar)
