You analyze the information, identify areas that need improvement, and develop more efficient production systems. Qualifications to become a process improvement manager include several years of experience in the industry, especially in leadership roles.

What does a process improvement manager do?

A Process Improvement Manager is responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas where efficiency, quality, or productivity can be improved.
