Job description

Position Summary:

An intern and member of the Finance & Strategy team at Kensington Tours (the "Company"). The ERP Transformation Intern will support the Company's transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform scheduled to go live in 2027. This strategic initiative will modernize key business processes across the organization and provide the intern with exposure to enterprise systems, business process design, data analysis, testing methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the intern will work closely with the cross-functional team responsible for implementing the ERP system and will have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across Finance, Technology, Operations, and other business functions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Support ERP testing activities by executing test scripts, validating system functionality, and identifying defects.
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and validation of financial and operational data between current and future systems.
  • Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of test scripts, test cases, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to investigate issues and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by leveraging data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an interest in working with data.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating business systems and technology platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, or AI tools is considered an asset.   #LI-hybrid
